Back in start of August I took wedding photos and here is a few of them.... - do bear in mind copyright and such..... please respect it.
So a long while back this year, the filming of the movie "The Danish Girl" took place in Copenhagen, Denmark and I found them filming in a very popular area. At a place called Nyhavn, where not only a lot of Danish people go to during summer time, but also a lot of turist will walk around this area. The only minus on those two days I watched and took photos from the filming was, it was rather cold and dull, yet a bit of sun would shine through. So a lot of respect not only for the crew, actors but also the extras providing as background for the actorts... It was really a treat to see a very large area of Nyhavn transformed into an older Copenhagen harbour as well the customes the extras wore. I was to be an extra in this movie but was not chosen, so I was happy to see the filming and take photos instead. I talked with some of the people who had their boats lined up for the movie at the harbour - the other boats which usually is there had been moved away and replaced with olde...
This is the last part of the train tracks which provided New York with food, which is now preserved and called "The High Line". You should allow yourself time to walk this place, specially doing spring/summer time, I can imagine it must be beautiful right now.... also this is another way of walking in New York above the streets..... there is even plenty of seats around the line, where you can sit down for a moment if you want to... or go up there before it closes and see the evening light.... You can read more about the project to preserve these last track here: http://www.thehighline.org/ Here a few photos of my own....
So this past Sunday I was all set to watch the 7th episode of the Danish version of "The Killing" / "Forbrydelsen" season 3, episode 7. - Don't worry, no spoilers will be told here, so you can read if you like... The reason I was particularly interessted in this episode is, I was an extra back in April, 2012 where funny enough I was to be a photographer too. Now I can't tell much about what's happening in case you haven't seen it, however I can tell I didn't make that much camero moment in the scene, if you know where to look, you can see some of my camera and top of my head, however here you can see what it looked like from my point of view.... we were there for a few hours and the clip ended up being like 3-6 seconds long, so not that much of the scene were used in the episode. It was still interessting to be there as I haven't even seen the other seasons of the series. I can't wait to see the next episode the coming Sunday. Remembe...
