Hugo Boss front man Gerard Butler in Copenhagen, Denmark

After a minor surgery a week ago, I read news that Gerard Butler would be in Copenhagen Friday February 5th to launch the new Hugo Boss fragrance as he is the ambassador for Hugo Boss.

I thought there would just be too many screaming fans to greet him, however at Fields it wasn't too bad, there was good space, however as Gerard Butler noted while signing for fans who had won a selfie and autograph from him it was rather quiet out there... said with a smile. Some celebs makes fans screams others just stund them with their pressense.. I think...

Gerard and host Christiane were running behind schedule from previous events in central Copenhagen - Fields is a bit closer to the airport area - so the programme also changed. Some fans had won a selfie photo and autograph with Gerard - all ladies - were lined up to be ready when Gerard arrived inside this sealed off area. He kindly and fast went through the lines of fans and then a few winners from Fields got their surprise to have a photo taken with Gerard too.

Gerard said a few words both in Danish when he arrived and other few things which I had trouble hearing. 

As they were running late, there was no time for chit chat or questions and I think it all took about 20-30 minutes.


As mentioned I've been home the past week so it was first day out with camera and edit the photos afterwards. I can feel it has been awhile... so bear over with me...

Game of Thrones - The Hall of faces exhibition

Friday May 6th 2016, Game of Thrones - The Hall of faces stopped by Copenhagen, Denmark for 4 days show - on the day before the opening, there was a VIP event where Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister) and USA ambassador to Denmark Rufus Gifford with family stopped by. There was even knights and some fans dressed up as character from the show, like Jon Snow with Ygritte and... one Jaime Lannister, which garned a rather throughout lookover from Nikolaj, which caused a good laugh among the fans. Even more when Nikolaj stopped shortly and talked with the 3 knights, who were in full amour - we are talking real amour here - and Nikolaj couldn't help but take off an helmet, both to admire it but also talking about how heavy the amour is in real life - note: these guys do it for real at shows, so don't try this at home, neither with the flames, as the ladies there know what they are doing. "The Danish Girl" in Copenhagen, Denmark....

So a long while back this year, the filming of the movie "The Danish Girl" took place in Copenhagen, Denmark and I found them filming in a very popular area. At a place called Nyhavn, where not only a lot of Danish people go to during summer time, but also a lot of turist will walk around this area. The only minus on those two days I watched and took photos from the filming was, it was rather cold and dull, yet a bit of sun would shine through. So a lot of respect not only for the crew, actors but also the extras providing as background for the actorts... It was really a treat to see a very large area of Nyhavn transformed into an older Copenhagen harbour as well the customes the extras wore. I was to be an extra in this movie but was not chosen, so I was happy to see the filming and take photos instead.
