Last year I went to Copenhagen Medieval marked, where you can see vikings, knights and battles. I took some photos and have been slow in getting them done, due to new job. But here are some and more will be uploaded, as the Medieval will once again open up next weekend. So if you are near, have a look in there... (there is a price for the entry, then you can walk all over the place and look around.... even buy things people have handmade...) These photos are from the first day and I will post another 2 later on, with more photos from the event. Their homepage is here: http://kmm.dk/ Click on the photo to see them on screen and bigger...
This is the last part of the train tracks which provided New York with food, which is now preserved and called "The High Line". You should allow yourself time to walk this place, specially doing spring/summer time, I can imagine it must be beautiful right now.... also this is another way of walking in New York above the streets..... there is even plenty of seats around the line, where you can sit down for a moment if you want to... or go up there before it closes and see the evening light.... You can read more about the project to preserve these last track here: http://www.thehighline.org/ Here a few photos of my own....

Seriously, you will do your feet a favor and last if you plan on getting a lot of books, you may as well bring along the car if you can afford that many books. So Friday I missed the opening speech by Ken Follett as ...
