PHOTOFANTASTIC

A few weeks ago, I met up with a friend Anita Syed who is a model, in Copenhagen. We had been lucky to use a small area of Hotel Admirals restaurant Salt's room, which have a nice  overview looking out the harbour.  Before moving on to another location, we went to the stairways, which can be found by the Amalie garden, which is very close to the Royal castle. We didn't stay long, as it was cold and moved to the last location for a few more photos. All in all, a good time and hopefully I can return to the locations another time.... So time has flown and the first 2½ weeks have passed. Today with a rather freezing cold day with temperature as low as -16/-17degrees (8-10 Fahrenheit) in some areas and it doesn't look like it is going to be any warmer the coming few days... The first two photos is from last week where the sunset where half painted in this purple color you see sometimes and the last two photos are from my walk at the National park called Dyrehaven... So another grey sort of foggy day and I've been inside all day once more. Todays photos are from a day trip to Sweden looking for a cousin to the white-tailed eagle, to which I found my lense was not long enough the few times we saw the eagle. It is on my wish list.... I highly recommend to do this one day trip, we saw a few other places while looking for the eagle and it was a great day out in the snow cold Sweden. Also it was one of the few places here in Scandinavia which is close to Denmark where you might be lucky to see the eagle... the guide was good at telling about the eagle that stayed the winter in Sweden. Happy 3rd Advent day. The ice on ocean breaking up... The ice showing teeth.... Frosty every where..... Tracks in the snow... This is the best photo I got of the eagle which flew just over our heads for a few seconds....

As I have been editing a great deal today I haven't been outside with my camera, so I am posting a photo from another winter where we had snow. It is taken not far from where I live and you can find these birds in the area quite offen.... This photo is from the winter of 2010

So first advent on December 2nd and with snowfall, this has been a good start on this month so far. I can't wait to see if we get more snow.... here a few photos from my walk earlier today. Hope you had a great Sunday..... From a Christmas tree which are being sold just arcross the street from where I live... The forst shook itself and snow fell down.... I don't know if it can be seen, but the snowflake is actually hanging by a web....it was not possible to make it more clear.... Where does the trail leads to...?
