PHOTOFANTASTIC

A few weeks ago, I met up with a friend Anita Syed who is a model, in Copenhagen. We had been lucky to use a small area of Hotel Admirals restaurant Salt's room, which have a nice  overview looking out the harbour.  Before moving on to another location, we went to the stairways, which can be found by the Amalie garden, which is very close to the Royal castle. We didn't stay long, as it was cold and moved to the last location for a few more photos. All in all, a good time and hopefully I can return to the locations another time.... As I looked outside in the morning it looked all clear blue sky and sunny, I took a peak outside the window and it was cold, but not as cold as I thought it was. So in late afternoon as I wanted to see how the sun was setting and such, I went off to the nearby lake. While walking in the sun it wasn't too bad with the cold, I got a few photos, the ice was holding, the sun started to set and that was when I really felt the cold winter. I don't need to say I walked home fast to get warm again... Here today's photos... The daily routine is back for most of you, as some of you know I am looking for a job and now have one year left of my unemployment benefit (we have 2 years of unemployment benefit here in Denmark), which means this year is rather a "touch and go" for me, as after 31st of December 2013, let's just say I won't start thinking about it just yet. So todays photos are both from today's walk as well a few from last week between Christmas and New years Eve.  As said I'm unemployed and thus some would say I have waayy plenty time on my hands, but trust me I'd rather work. It takes a lot of energy not focusing on what I can't do and have to push away for now, when I see news, tidbits from friends, don't get me wrong I love to see and hear what happens around me, it reminds me there is life out there and it is just not all about crisis, jobcenter/ union control, no job etc etc, you get my drift....
